Academy Class of 2020 Spotlight: Joseph Christoff

Joseph Christoff has over 30 years of experience designing and implementing evaluations of the effectiveness and impact of government programs.At MSI, he leads a robust team of 40 specialists in four practice areas: (1) monitoring & evaluation, (2) education, (3) leadership & organizational development, and (4) health. His teams implement and evaluate the effectiveness of development and security assistance programs for U.S. and international donors in countries worldwide, many in conflict zones.
