Academy Class of 2020 Spotlight: Jamie Boex

Jamie Boex is a leading scholar-practitioner in the field of federalism and intergovernmental relations, having worked on the topic in the United States and in close to 25 countries around the world. Dr. Boex serves as a Senior Fellow at the Duke Center for International Development (DCID) and manages Decentralization.Net, a global knowledge platform for decentralization and localization. In addition, Dr. Boex recently supported the Academy in establishing Significant Features of American Federalism, an online data book on different aspects of American federalism and intergovernmental relations.
