Biography

I am a Professor of economic development emeritus at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at Ohio State University and the Levin School of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University (CSU). I am also a former Dean of the Levin College of Urban Affairs at CSU. I remain active in research on state and local public policy issues related to economic, community, and workforce development.
