Biography

David M. Zavada is a Senior Partner with Kearney & Company where he is responsible for leading Federal audit and consulting engagements. Previously David served in a number of Senior Executive positions in the Federal Government. He was responsible for government-wide financial management policy at OMB, agency-wide financial management at FAA, and Assistant IG at DHS.
