Biography

Professor Rabinovitz has extensive experience in policy analysis, serving as a consultant to public and private clients on subjects ranging from school desegregation, rent control, and the homeless to workplace hazards, product liability, and resolution of disputed fishing rights. She was Principal Investigator in a research project funded by the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on the impact on the Northridge earthquake on affordable housing. She has also served frequently as an expert witness in major mass tort litigation cases.
