Biography

Andrew Feldman (Andy) launched his consulting practice, the Center for Results-Focused Leadership (centerforresults.org), in 2021 to help government agencies use evidence, data and innovation to improve outcomes for the people they serve. He also hosts the Gov Innovator podcast (govinnovator.com), with over 200 interviews with results-focused leaders. Previous roles include Director at Grant Thornton, fellow at the Brookings Institution's Center for Children and Families, Special Advisor for Evidence-Based Policy at the U.S. Department of Education and Special Advisor on the Evidence Team at the White House Office of Management and Budget. He has also served in Wisconsin state government and on the staff of the White House Council of Economic Advisors. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Andy earned his B.A. in economics from Swarthmore College and his Ph.D. in public policy from Harvard University.
