Biography

I have over 40 years of federal government experience and expertise in all aspects of acquisitions management including procurement, contracting, and program management. I have a proven history of leading and transforming major organizations in these disciplines to achieve outstanding results, recognition, and praise. I lead by example, focusing on initiatives and programs to enhance effectiveness, and promote a culture that values our people, customers, mission, and innovation to continually improve and enhance business practices. My goal is to always inspire and motivate the teams and organizations I represent to fulfill our mission in a manner that promotes collaboration and cooperation across the federal government, private industry, and academia; ensures the integrity of our business; and engenders trust.
