Biography

Scott Quehl is a senior principal at Accenture Federal Services, leading in the Strategic
Government Efficiency initiative after serving as the Presidentially-appointed, Senate-confirmed
Assistant Secretary for Administration and Chief Financial Officer of the Department of
Commerce. Quehl led Commerce in delivering hundreds of millions in savings and other
efficiencies through improved budgeting, acquisitions, human resource management, shared
services, facility consolidation and enterprise risk management and performance reporting. He
has supported state and local governments as a managing director at JPMorgan Securities,
Public Financial Management, and Public Resources Advisory Group. He is a Fellow of the
National Academy of Public Administration, a CFO Sage for the Partnership for Public Service,
and was selected in 2013 as one of the U.S. Federal Government's Top 100 Information
Technology Executives as a leader in establishing BusinessUSA -- through which businesses
can access over 4,000 services from nine Federal agencies.
